We offer discreet billing for our customers, so the description on your statement will not match the website name you signed up for. Upon enrollment, you should have received a welcome email that includes your membership details for the website you signed up with. If you can’t find this email, please check your spam folder. If you believe you’ve been a victim of fraud or credit card theft, please contact us immediately via email through this link or via phone at (213) 282-7381.

Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. Please contact our support team via email through this link or via phone at (213) 282-7381 to discuss a refund.

All trials rebill after the trial period has ended. For example, if you signed up for a 2 day trial, recurring billing will begin after the 2 days.

Once your account has been canceled, you’ll receive an email confirmation from your biller. Please be sure to check your spam folder as well.

Accounts may be temporarily blocked if our systems are alerted to unusual behavior such as multiple login attempts with incorrect information or multiple IP addresses/countries accessing the account in a short amount of time. While we understand that these blocks may be inconvenient, they are in place for the protection of you and your account.
